Room Bookings Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required to book a room online on our website.
Cancellation of your booking is free for up to 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival, and you will receive a full refund on monies paid.
If you choose not to cancel within 48 hours of your date of arrival or you do not show up, you are not entitled to a refund, as this does not provide us with sufficient time to resell the room(s).
