Staff Loyalty Discount Card

1.  paxEligibility
   • • This loyalty card is issued to approved local business partners and their authorized representatives. The card is non-transferable and may only be used by the named business or individual approved by management.
2. Discount Benefit
   • •  The card entitles the cardholder to 10% off eligible food only purchases at the restaurant.
3. Exclusions
   • • Not valid on promotions, set menus,  special events, or already discounted items unless otherwise stated.
     • Alcohol may be excluded where restricted by law or management policy
     • Not valid for catering, private events, or group bookings(over 12+ pax) unless prior approval is given by management.
4. Combination with Other Offers
   • • This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, vouchers, loyalty programs, or special offers.
5. Usage Conditions
   • • The card must be presented before or at the time of payment.
     • Only one card per table/bill is permitted.
     • Management reserves the right to request identification or proof of association with the local business.
6. Misuse
   • • Any misuse, including sharing, resale, or unauthorized use, may ressult in immediate cancellation of the card without notice.
7. Validity & Review
   1. • The card remains valid until May 2026, at management’s discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. Continued participation may be subject to periodic review.
8. Right to Amend
   1. • Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this program or its terms at any time without prior notice.
9. Management Discretion
   1. • All decisions by management regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions are final.

Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
